Historic
elegance and world-class art provide a
unique setting for your private events
and receptions.
20 North Gallery is an
ideal venue for fundraisers, charity
events, business meetings, corporate and private
receptions, as well as pre/post-game and
concert events. Accommodating up to 50
guests for sit-down dinners and 125 for
cocktail-style receptions, the gallery
provides a broad range of menus and
beverages from our list of preferred
caterers and chefs, or we can work with
your own contracted caterer.
The
facility includes a prep kitchen and
staging area, a grand piano and an
integrated sound system for live or
recorded music. All first floor space
of this historic building is fully ADA
accessible.
Space
rental begins at $250 and is determined
by the time of day, length of the event and the
number of services and equipment
required.
20 North
Gallery is located in the Warehouse
District of Downtown Toledo, directly
across the street from 5/3 Field and
within convenient walking distance to
the SeaGate Convention Centre, the Lucas
County Arena, live jazz clubs, boutique
shopping, the riverfront and elegant
downtown hotels. Both on-street and lot
parking are available within the block of
20 North Gallery.
